Buffalo Springs Offers:  Day Camps for Kids!! Schedule for 2012: To be Announced Call to Remind us!! Drop off and Pick up are flexible  The Kids will help with feeding and watering horses  The Kids will learn to do the following: Grooming Includes:  Clean the horse's hooves. What kind of brush to use where. Give a horse a bath. Clip a horse's muzzle and bridle path. To Tie a Horse Safely To Saddle and Bridle Properly Ride in the Arena and Out on the Trail  How to Clean a Stall  We will have Horse Movies, Games, lots of fun stuff. Fishing, Clearing Trails, Horse Painting, Possible Tours of Nearby Farms. Last year we went to Hanover Shoe Farms and a min. horse farm. Field trip to a nearby carriage house that has all kinds of antique horse drawn equipment. Carriages, sleighs, farm equipment, saddles, harness.  Parents are welcome to attend also. Less than 3 miles from our farm. Bring shorts and sneakers for bathing horses Each child will be assigned a horse for the week.  Cost $300.00   Please bring your own lunch. Water, Fruit Drinks and snacks will be available all day. Min. of 6 kids to have camp (10 kids max.) Feel Free to Call with any questions you may have.  Pick up & Return Ride Home may be possible.
